There are multiple guides on how to setup this up and they include instruction for the most popular DAW's too. Hi.I'm actually the guy that designed and manages all Avid Control Surfaces. It’s a shame Avid isn’t very helpful to the people using their products, and annoying hat their ’developer responses’ here are snarky and defensive. And their customer support is unavailable as it’s always been, or only for ‘annual contract’ subscribers. There is very little information from Avid to help with setup.

I log in to my avid account, then nothing happens. The instructions say to open the app and follow the instructions. I’m sure it’s great, but I can’t connect. I haven’t been able to figure out how to setup the Avid control app. I’ve been using the artist mix for about a year now and it’s awesome (when it’s able to connect).
